How an assignment with JR Security is formed, what you can derive from this website and under which licence we operate.

1. This website
This website is informational. You cannot order a service, conclude an agreement or make a payment here. The descriptions of services, sectors and working method are a general explanation and not an offer within the meaning of article 6:217 of the Dutch Civil Code.
2. How an assignment is formed
Security assignments are always agreed individually, outside this website:
- Introduction and risk assessment — we discuss the situation, the property or the event.
- Tailored quote — you receive a written quote stating scope, staffing and rates.
- Written agreement — the assignment is formed only after both parties have signed.
The contractual conditions that apply to a specific assignment are provided to you no later than with the quote, so that you can take note of them before the agreement is concluded. No contractual rights or obligations can be derived from this web page.
3. Licence and supervision (WPBR)
JR Security is a private security organisation within the meaning of the Dutch Private Security Organisations and Detective Agencies Act (WPBR) and operates under licence number ND 9394. The officers we deploy are qualified and hold valid identification. Licences are issued by Justis (Ministry of Justice and Security); supervision of private security organisations rests with the police.
4. Information on this site
We compile the content of this website with care, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current and correct at all times. Rates, availability and the exact scope of a service are recorded solely in a quote. No rights can be derived from obvious mistakes and typographical errors.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design, images and logo on this website are the property of JR Security Reproduction or reuse is permitted only with prior written consent.
6. Personal data
How we handle the data you leave through the forms on this site is set out in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our services or with this website, please let us know via the complaints procedure. We confirm your complaint within 1 business day and respond substantively within 5 business days.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies to the use of this website. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
